nexdomo provides home security solutions including but not limited to:

Security system sales and installation
24/7 professional monitoring services
Mobile app access and control
Cloud storage for security footage

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Use equipment only for lawful, non-commercial residential purposes

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4.2 Billing

Recurring charges will be billed automatically to your chosen payment method. You must maintain valid payment information.

4.3 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, and other taxes associated with your purchase.

5. Equipment & Installation

5.1 Purchased equipment is covered by manufacturer warranties only. We are not liable for equipment failure beyond our limited warranty.

5.2 Professional installation is recommended. Self-installation may void certain warranties.

6. Monitoring Services

6.1 Monitoring services require:

Active internet connection
Properly functioning equipment
Timely payment of service fees

6.2 Emergency dispatch times may vary based on location and service provider response times.

7. Privacy & Data

7.1 Video recordings and other data are stored according to your service plan. We do not guarantee data retention beyond the stated period.

7.2 You are responsible for complying with all privacy laws regarding recording in your jurisdiction.

8. Limitations of Liability

nexdomo shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Unauthorized access to your systems
Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
Acts of third parties or force majeure events

Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

9.1 You may cancel monitoring services with 30 days written notice.

9.2 We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for:

Violation of these Terms
Non-payment of fees
Illegal or harmful use of services

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
