Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: June 18, 2025

1. Return Policy for Physical Products

You may return eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery if:

• Item is unused, in original packaging with tags
• All accessories/manuals included
• Proof of purchase provided (order # or receipt)

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

2. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. PayPal refunds may appear in your account immediately but can take 3-5 days to process.

3. Subscription Service Cancellations

For monthly monitoring plans:

• Free Trial: Cancel anytime before trial ends to avoid charges
• Paid Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
• Annual Plans: Prorated refund if canceled within first 30 days

To cancel, email contact@nexdomo.online or log in to your PayPal account.

4. Exceptions

No returns/refunds for:

• Custom-configured systems
• Opened software/digital products
• Services already rendered (e.g., installation)

5. Defective Products

Report defects within 7 days of delivery for:

• Free return shipping
• Replacement or full refund
• Extended warranty claims (see Terms of Service)

6. How to Request a Refund

1. Contact contact@nexdomo.online with:
   • Order number
   • Photos of damaged items (if applicable)
2. We'll respond within 48 hours with instructions
